At Lax, we stand behind the quality of our gear and want to ensure you have the right equipment for your game. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the sports gear you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and equipment shows no signs of field use or wear.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
